C'est Dwayne «The Rock» Johnson qui a été désigné comme étant l'acteur le mieux payé d'Hollywood pour une deuxième année consécutive. Selon le classement annuel de Forbes, le célèbre acteur a empoché 87,5 millions dans l'année se terminant en juin 2020. Il a gagné 23,5 millions pour le film d'action de Netflix «Red Notice». 

Chacun des comédiens cités dans la liste a bénéficié de revenus importants grâce à Netflix au cours de l'année. C'est entre autres le cas de Adam Sandler, qui a reçu 31 millions de la part de la plateforme pour quatre de ses long-métrages ajoutés à son catalogue, en plus de 5 millions pour son film Uncut Gems.Voici le top 10 des acteurs les mieux payés de 2020 :
